Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Her Era Spreadsheets — the website at hereraspreadsheets.com and the connected member app (together, “Her Era,” the “Service”). By creating an account or using Her Era, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Who can use Her Era

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Her Era, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide when you sign up is accurate.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and content you add — budgets, journal entries, wellness logs, pet records, and anything else you enter.

Free and paid plans

Her Era offers a free tier and paid membership tiers (currently Rising, with Thriving and Iconic rolling out over time) that unlock additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as you choose) and renew automatically until you cancel.

• You can cancel anytime from Settings or the billing portal — your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Prices may change; we'll give you notice before a change affects your renewal.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable.

Connected accounts

Some features work by connecting a third-party account you choose to link — a bank account through Plaid, a wearable device through WHOOP, Oura, or Fitbit, or a calendar through Google or Microsoft. When you connect one:

• You're authorizing Her Era to access the data that provider makes available, for the purpose of the feature you're using.
• Your use of each connected provider is also governed by that provider's own terms — we don't control how they operate.
• You can disconnect any linked account at any time from Settings.
• We aren't responsible for outages, inaccuracies, or changes on the provider's side that affect synced data.

Her Circle and your content

Her Circle lets you share posts, wins, and messages with other members, in circles you join or create, or with people you choose directly. You own what you post, but by sharing it you give Her Era the license needed to store and display it to the audience you selected.

• Don't post anything harassing, abusive, illegal, or that violates someone else's rights.
• You can report a post or block another member at any time — we review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
• Circle owners can remove members from circles they created.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, without notice if the situation warrants it.

Acceptable use

When using Her Era, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone else's rights
• Attempt to access another member's account or data without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass its security
• Use the Service to send spam, scrape data, or reverse-engineer the app
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

Not medical or financial advice

Her Era's wellness tools (cycle tracking, symptom logs, health records) and money tools (budgeting, forecasts, insights) are for organizing and understanding your own information. They're not medical advice, a diagnosis, or professional financial advice, and they don't replace a conversation with a doctor, therapist, or financial professional. Use your judgment, and talk to a qualified professional for anything that needs one.

Intellectual property

Her Era — its design, code, brand, and original content — belongs to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our brand or trademarks beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

Termination

You can stop using Her Era and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service — we'll do our best to give you notice when we can.

Disclaimers

Her Era is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight, forecast, or score it generates will be accurate for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Era and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Her Era after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
